You Can Do No Wrong Here
The Inner Drawing Room is a practice space for Embodied Drawing, where you turn your internal landscape into a roadmap for change.
Through the process of drawing, you gain the clarity to release old patterns and the agency to design a life of greater harmony, peace, and joy.
We all carry an unseen inner world.
Unprocessed emotions.
Old stories.
Protective patterns.
Hidden strengths.
Unspoken needs.
These invisible forces shape how we think, feel, relate, and make decisions.
The challenge is that much of this inner world exists beyond words.
The Inner Drawing Room Method was created to give form and voice to what has remained unseen.
Through a unique embodied drawing process, thoughts, emotions, sensations, and inner wisdom become visible and accessible.
Drawing becomes the meeting place where the body, emotions, mind, and soul can finally enter into conversation.
When we can see ourselves more clearly, we can understand ourselves more deeply.
When we understand ourselves more deeply, we gain the power to change.
The Inner Drawing Room Method helps people transform self-awareness into self-agency, so they can live with greater authenticity, harmony, and purpose.
No artistic skill required. No prior experience. No mistakes - ever.
UPCOMING WORKSHOPS
Join us in the Inner Drawing Room
Every session follows a gentle, unhurried arc:
You arrive. We open with a brief somatic check-in — noticing your body, your breath, what you're carrying into the room. Nothing is asked of you yet.
You draw. Step by step, with guidance at every stage. There is no blank page panic. There is no right or wrong outcome. There is only the process, and what it reveals.
You notice. As the drawing develops, something in the body often shifts — a loosening, a recognition, a quiet clarity. We call this Somatic Emotional Mapping: the practice of tracking emotion as it moves through the body while drawing.
You leave with something. Not just a drawing — but a direct experience of your own capacity to look inward, and come back.
What You Will Find Here
This approach isn’t just about making art; it’s an active journey into yourself, a chance to nurture and heal your soul. In one session with Nadia, you’ll experience:
A place where mistakes are impossible.
Every line you draw belongs. There is no wrong direction, no failed attempt. The method is designed so that whatever you make is exactly what it needed to be.
A calmer nervous system.
The repetitive, structured quality of Embodied Drawing activates the parasympathetic nervous system — the body's rest-and-integrate mode. Most people feel it within the first fifteen minutes.
Access to what's beneath the surface.
Emotion that has no words often has a line. Drawing moves past the mind's defenses in a way that talking sometimes cannot. Insights arrive quietly, and they tend to stay.
A felt sense of agency
You made this. You showed up, you followed the process, and something emerged that is entirely yours. That experience, repeated over time, is where real confidence is built.
YOUR GUIDE - Nadia Monosova
I am a Certified NeuroGraphica® Specialist, Certified, Certified Specialist in the Labyrinths of Discovery method and Empowerment Coach. I've spent years bringing these lineages together into a practice I call Embodied Drawing - one that combines structured mark-making, somatic awareness, and psychological depth into something that works for people who've tried everything else.
But what I bring more than anything is this: I will never rush you, compare you, or ask more of you than you're ready to give. I meet you where you are. I stand beside you, not in front of you.
The Inner Drawing Room is shaped by lived experience, deep study, and a belief that every person who shows up deserves to feel grateful they did.
I am always here to guide, encourage, and stand by your side.
